We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of your plans. Rest assured thanks to our flexible cancellation policy.

All direct bookings can be canelled free of charge given at least 48 hours notice from check-in time (2pm the day before)

Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours will incur only a $50 admin fee.

Cancellations on the day of check-in is the first night’s accommodation fee.
